The module Monitoring and Forecasting of Water Pollution is developed within the DIGISKILLS project, within the European Erasmus+ program and intended for students of the second cycle, Master's degree, program Modern Technologies in the Cosmetic, Pharmaceutical and Environmental Protection Industries. The module can also be used by ecologists, engineers of various specialties and all those whose profession is related to the preservation or restoration of the environment.
The digitally modernized module integrates environmental science with information technology, providing students with an authentic, up-to-date experience aligned with modern professional requirements in environmental protection.
The digitalization elements integrated into the module, with a focus on the development of digital skills, increasing employability and professional integration of graduates, are as follows: integrating digital technologies into the course content through the application of Digital Learning Platforms and Specialized Digital Resources and Tools; digitization of practical activities and laboratories through the creation of Virtual Laboratories and computer-assisted experimentation, as well as the use of Cloud Databases and analysis tools; developing digital skills for employability; elements of digital professional integration.
